• Marriage Solemnization Fee of €54.00

• Publication for 10 consecutive days

• Marriage Counseling Certificate (Requires attendance in a Counseling Seminar, if one or both of the parties are below 25 years old. Art. 16 of the Family Code require marriage counseling for parties below 25.)

• A photocopy of the passport/ID of the two principal witnesses

N.B.

• If parental advice is not obtained, or if it be unfavorable, the marriage license shall not be issued until after three months following the completion of the publication of the application therefore.

• If parent could not be located, require execution of Affidavit of Abandonment or a sworn statement that whereabouts of parent is unknown. If advice is negative, require execution of Affidavit stating that positive advice was sought, enclosing the attached negative written advice. If parents or guardians refuse to give advice, this should be stated in a sworn affidavit.
